EJOT joins shareholders of Whitemark

In September 2023, EJOT, one of Germany’s leading producers of tools and engineering equipment acquired a considerable share of Whitemark Holding. EJOT has over 3800 employees generating an annual turnover exceeding 700m euro.  

Additionally, EJOT purchased an exclusive license agreement with Whitemark until 2028. For Whitemark, this means a significant boost for the marketing of its battery technology
