Performance Facts
Whitemark's immersion-cooled battery modules offer ideal conditions for fast charging. Thanks to immersion cooling, improved temperature distribution is made possible, which significantly increases the service life and safety of the cells. The modular design enables flexible system configurations and simplifies maintenance.
The integrated 24V power supply unit reliably supplies low-voltage devices directly from the battery system - ideal for control units, sensors and peripheral devices.
Whitemark's Battery Management Unit (BMU) enables variable and different discharge and charging voltages for optimum adaptation to different applications while ensuring a high charging voltage for fast charging via standard CCS charging stations. The BMU also fulfills functional safety requirements up to Performance Level C in accordance with EN ISO 13849.
The integrated thermal management system ensures precise temperature control and maximum efficiency. Thanks to the active cooling and heating function, it guarantees optimum operating conditions for cell performance and longevity in any climate. An external circuit can be used as an option.
The robust steel housing offers reliable protection under demanding conditions. It can be flexibly adapted to the customer's specific requirements.
Whitemark battery systems are CCS Type 2 compatible and ultra-fast charging capable. The integrated Telemetric Control Unit (TCU) allows operating conditions and entire vehicle fleets to be monitored and controlled remotely.
